Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass ab dem 01.01.2015 ausschließlich die elektronische Gesundheitskarte (mit Bild) gültig ist.

Die alte Krankenversichertenkarte, auch mit einem längeren Gültigkeitsdatum wird endgültig abgelöst. Diese darf nicht mehr verwendet werden.

Wenn Sie uns ab dem 01.01.2015 Ihre alte Chipkarte vorlegen, müssen wir Ihre Untersuchung und Behandlung privat liquidieren. Auch verordnete Medikamente werden auf dem Privatrezept ausgestellt und müssen von Ihnen voll bezahlt werden.

Für Überweisungen zu Fachärzten gilt gleiche: die Kosten müssen Sie selber tragen! Bitte beantragen Sie rechtzeitig bei Ihrer Krankenkasse Ihre elektronische Gesundheitskarte (mit Foto)!
